Construction update - February 2024

We are pleased to share that the construction of the Community Health Centre has reached a major milestone – the concrete superstructure is complete. The contracting team is now proceeding well with exterior wall construction, curtainwall installation and roofing.

From now until December 2024, the bulk of the mechanical and electrical installation will take place. On Level 2, drywalling, mudding, taping and paint priming are already underway, while external features such as walls and cladding are nearly complete.

The remainder of the work, including signage, furniture, fixtures and equipment installation are scheduled to take place in early 2025.
