The Stelmach Community Health Centre is now open in southeast Edmonton. It is the first phase of the Covenant Wellness Community.
The building brings health and wellness services together under one roof. There is underground parking on site.

Using a public-private partnership with Rohit Group of Companies reduces reliance on additional government funding.
This multisectoral approach will also channel medical retail revenue back into each wellness community to enhance services for patients, residents and families while maintaining low operational costs.
Healthcare delivery will be an anchor, drawing additional development and integrating complementary services, which will provide care to the community while generating revenue to subsidize facility operations.
Covenant is a community of organizations providing health care at 29 sites in 16 communities across Alberta.
We have cared for Albertans for 160 years. We are new to Airdrie, and we want to build this with the people who live here.
