Upcoming phases will bring seniors' housing, additional health services and new retail to the Covenant Wellness Community so more people in southeast Edmonton can get the support they need close to home.

Residential housing
Around 200 homes are planned, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds to the community. These affordable homes will help seniors live independently, with easy access to health services and community activities close by.
Retail and commercial
As the Covenant Wellness Community grows, commercial space will be available for businesses that serve the community. We welcome businesses whose services complement the health and wellness focus of the campus.
Seniors' care and services
The centre will offer about 250 suites across long-term care, supportive living, restorative care and palliative care. Residents can stay in their homes as their needs change over time.
Designed with seniors in mind, the building will feature accessible spaces, helpful technology and services that make daily life easier.
Centre of excellence for seniors' innovation
The centre will also be a hub for seniors' care research and innovation. Families, caregivers and technology providers will work together here to find better ways to support older adults.
